If you have the time, money, and, inclination this could be something special. However, you'll really need to be a go getter for this one. The roofs covered in tarps and that can't be because the roofs in good condition. Then if water got in, which would be a miracle if it didn't, you have to worry about wood rot. And where there's wood rotting, especially in Westchester, there could be termites. Also, for how remote it seems there's a bunch of traffic noise which was a little surprising. Its at the end of the road though so you'll have privacy that way. Property is over 3 acres so there could be flat spots but it seemed like most of it was on a pretty steep slope. I didn't really scour it because the roof with the beat up tarps was enough to scare me and I'm not afraid of a renovation project if it has good bones.
