Nothing wrong with living in this house as it is now but its straight out of the 80's stylistically. Most of he houses in the neighborhood are about the same vintage. If you're not into that you'll need to update. Its a big space so that gives you a lot of possibilities but it also means you're going to be updating for awhile. If you can put $150 or 200,000 into this you're going to have an impressive house. Massive ceiling throughout the main floor are pretty great. Easy to imagine sitting in the bath looking out the window at the woods. iA serious selling point. Good sized property with a lake and some sort of park behind you so you have some space beyond your property line. Its below the street level so you have a good amount of privacy on the street side too. However, the driveway is like a 45 degree angle down. I can't imagine what its like if it snows. Or, God forbid, a freezing rain. But the driveway looks brand new so there's that. Pleasantville town but Chappaqua schools. Pleasantville doesn't have busses to the schools so thats a win as far as Im concerned.
