Nice but small house in Eastchester. Good schools. The area is a mix of apartment buildings and single family houses which gives it a bit of an urban feel. There's absolutely no place to park if you can't fit all your cars in the driveway. However, you split the driveway with the house next door. That usually shouldn't be a problem but if you're having people over on a regular basis it be an irritant. Its listed as a 3 bedroom but one of them is a nursery and would be cramped for a bigger kid.
