3 levels of good space. Park right across the street. Master bath is about the size of some apartments I've lived in. 2 of the four bedrooms are relatively small. Like 10' x 10'. Another is a good size. Everything's in good repair but just on the cusp of needing updating. Like its all from the 90's so the upstairs carpet is still not retro but getting close. Downstairs/basement is the most comfortable level. Main floor is more formal. Not a ton of property but like I said a park right across the street. Its a more neighborhoody, suburban feel than some of the more woodsy areas of Pleasantville but still quite street. However, the entrance to the Saw Mill is at the end of your block. You can see it from your driveway. Somehow its still quiet. . $1.05 million might be a bit of stretch. As always no school busses in Pleasantville so if your bringing in kids that could be a consideration.
