This house has had lots of add ons through the years so its spacious but the layout is unusual. It has a large living room, kitchen, dining room, all in one. Its open but doesn't feel quite right. I think the tile floor doesn't help. There's rooms you'd have to figure out what to do with. There's a room between mega room and the porch but you have a living room so does that become a bedroom. But theres another room right next to that that used to be a bedroom that they were using as an office. The upstairs has a master thats way to long and thin, a decent sized second bedroom that adjoins the master bath and then a teeny room thats either a nursery or an office. But you have an office, maybe, on the first floor. I don't know what to do with all the rooms. Ample basement space with good ceiling height. Big yard.
