Nice house in quiet neighborhood. Its listed as being 1.25 acres but most of that property is on a really steep hill. You'd have to either terrace the land or leave it as is. At least you wouldn't have to mow it. The house also sits right on the road which is kind of a narrow lane so its not like trucks are blowing past all day. Also, there's high tension power lines just up the road if that's a concern. The reservoir is is really close for some picturesque views and row boating if that's something you'd be interested in.
