Its not that the house is small so much as the layout is strange. You walk into a small room with a fireplace that I guess should be the living room but because the wall with the fireplace is 10' away there's no way to set the room up with furniture because the front door is on one side and the fireplace the other. The stairs are on the other side and the entrance to the dining room also comes off this room. There's a dining room off the decent sized kitchen but then there's a room behind the dining room that I can't quite figure out its purpose. Its like 5' x 10'. Too small for a porch or a siting room. There's a semi finished basement and a finished attic. The bedrooms are all small.
