Nice house on a cul-de-sac. Woodsy area in back. Not sure if its part of your property or someones else's but it gives you some breathing room. Entire property is on a really heavy slope so not sure what you'll do with it though. Finished basement. One car garage. Newish kitchen and new roof. I think they're trying to catch people off guard with the Scarsdale address because $800,000 seems like a lot once you find out its New Rochelle school district. May want to have your inspector look a the cracks in the foundation by the garage. My favorite part of the house is there's a toilet bowl just sitting in the middle of the laundry room.
