Beautiful old house from 1930. Great first floor with eat in kitchen, nice sized living room and dining room, outside deck and full bathroom. Maybe need to sand and paint walls but thats about it. The upstairs is another story. Great master bedroom with 2 walk in closets. This house says its a 3 bedroom but the other 2 bedrooms are little more than closets. I mean they're tiny. Not only that but the house is a cape and the ceiling plunge in on an angle so what space there is largely unusable. Where you'd put a dresser or storage I don't know. How a child older than 10 could live in either room I have no idea? They clearly know this. They showed the rooms in the initial listing from the best possible angle, which still wasn't very good, but have removed the pictures from all subsequent listings. Assuming they're not creating a floor plan for the same reason. Because people would see how small those rooms are. Just the size of the 2 other bedrooms will make most people look elsewhere. Then with the sloping walls its a no brainer. People like us must be walking away from it for that specific reason. Honestly there's not a price they could lower this to that would make us want to buy it because, if you have or plan on having kids, you too will have to move eventually. The location is great though. Right by 2 preserves and the reservoir just up the road. Great school district.
