Nice house with in-the-wall bookshelves. Im pretty sure that has a name. Plenty of space inside. You can finish the basement for more room. Sun room on the back. Very small flat back yard on this one though and the rest sits on a big hill. Good for views but not so nice as you're trying to carry the groceries up stairs. There's no access to the main floor without going upstairs. If you try to go in from the garage the stairs up from the basement are almost vertical and small. Street access is tough as well. They look dramatic but Im thinking they would get old fast. No busses for the kids but great schools if you can get them there.
