Picture perfect house. The whole place is on the side of a hill though except a small patch of flat ground in the front yard. Nice deck to sit on out back. Behind you is a park or woods which is great. You and one other house occupy this block. The bad news is there's a baseball field, 2 soccer fields and a basketball court there also. Basically, get ready for the cheering of crowds and the pinging of baseball bats. Not for me. Obviously great Scarsdale schools.
